Our main task is to create all the conditions for convenient and precise control over the sharpening of the knife. Without high-quality lighting of the working area, it is impossible to get a good result . In the course of several experiments, we decided that the light source should be almost close to the sharpened knife.
Structurally, the lighting is a bracket consisting of four links. All links are connected to each other pivotally by means of the axes.
All axes are connected by terminal clamps.
The system works with sharpeners Kazak UBR and Kazak PRO-in which there is a hole with an m8 thread in the upper part of the toothed rail.
The system rotates 360 degrees around its axis and has a rubber ring that allows the system to work smoothly.
The system has an adjustment of the ease of movement of each link by adjusting the screws of the “hexagon screw” type.
The system has two magnetic traps. In which you can install a light source, a smartphone holder or a power bank.
Materials of device manufacturing :
- The links are made of 7075 aluminum and have an anti-slip coating
- The hinge pins are made of brass
- The traps are made of durable plastic polyacetal
