Delivery and payment

International orders

International orders are shipped by DPD or Slovakia mail (Post), in co-operation with the postal service of the destination country.

We will do our best to pack and ship your order during the same day, if you order on a business day, before 12 pm Slovakia time (GMT+01:00).

The cost of shipping will be shown during the checkout process.

Estimated shipping time (customs clearance, if applicable, not included):

Europe: 2-8 working days
The rest of the world: 4-15 working days

A tracking number will be provided after the dispatch of each order.

Payment:

We accpet payment via Wire Transfer, Credit Card or Paypal

We can send goods to customers outside the European Union (Switzerland, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Kosovo, Notrh Macedonia, Serbia,..) without VAT! After creating the order, please write an email on obchod@baterky-noze.sk.
