Beautiful Damascus-clad blades made of a 33 layers stainless steel Damascus-patterned with a VG-10 cutting core, which provides excellent edge retention, HRC 60 or more.
The basic and simple shape handles are excellent grip and wear well.
Full tang constructions with welded stainless steel bolster for professional use.
Proudly made in Seki city, Japan.
Petty knife is a multi-purpose double-bevel knife that is smaller in size than other Japanese knives, so it also allows for in-hand work such as coring and peeling, as well as other smaller tasks for which larger knives are deemed unwieldy.

Značka Kanetsune bola pomenovaná po slávnom meči Smith, Kanetsune žil v období Muromachi okolo 14-15 storočia. Vyrábal mimoriadne ostré a tvrdé katany, ktoré poznali mnohí samurajovia v Japonsku aj v zámorí. Niektoré z jeho mečov sú vystavené v múzeu Katana v meste Seki.
