Charging lamps
Rechargeable lamps are mostly powered by Li-ion batteries, which can be charged directly in the lamp via a modern USB-C or micro USB connector. The latest lamps are powered by digitally regulated constant current to guarantee constant light output even when the voltage in the accumulators is reduced (while they are gradually discharged).
