VICTORINOX 7.2003.08G CERAMIC KNIFE
A carving knife made of white ceramic. Blade length 8 cm.
The blades of Victorinox ceramic knives are made of pure zirconium oxide powder, processed under very high pressure in furnaces at a temperature of approximately 1500°C. This production procedure ensures their exceptional hardness and durability, thanks to which they remain sharp for a long time.
However, a ceramic knife remains extremely light and only reaches half the weight of an equivalent steel knife. It is resistant to corrosion and, thanks to its smooth surface, does not react with acids.
Their maintenance is extremely easy, just wipe them with a damp cloth.
